Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders of $75 or more or on all “Subscribe and Save” orders within the continental US. All orders under $75 will be calculated at checkout.

Once an order has been received in our system, please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by USPS; Brighter Days CBD cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

General Returns Policy (For All Customers)

At Brighter Days CBD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can return new, unused, and unopened products (some exclusions may apply) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Should the return be due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs to ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement. We commit to replacing items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges will be made for the exact item originally purchased, except in cases where the item may no longer be available. In such instances, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Returns Policy

Due to the significant time, effort, preparation, and attention dedicated to delivering our products, Brighter Days offers refunds exclusively for products that are unopened and sealed, provided they are returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. To return a product, you must Contact us and to submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request.

If the item is damaged or defective, we may request for you to email us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing an RMA number. For returns on promotional items, all items included in the promotion (free gift, etc.) need to be returned. When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return, Exchange or Refund

  1. Initial Contact: Before proceeding with a return, exchange, or refund, please get in touch with us through our Contact form to confirm that your item qualifies. A member of our Brighter Days CBD team will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Repackaging Your Item: Ensure the item is repackaged with all original components, packaging materials, and instructions. It is crucial that the item is returned in the same condition as you received it. Inadequate repackaging or returning merchandise that has been damaged post-receipt may result in the denial of your return and forfeiture of any potential refund or replacement. Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund (certain exceptions may apply, e.g., Risk-Free Guarantee). Please avoid returning items in a standard envelope; sufficient packaging, such as padded envelopes or boxes, is necessary to prevent loss or damage during transit. USPS provides free padded envelopes or boxes for Flat Rate Priority Mail.
  3. Packing Slip Inclusion: Place a copy of the original Packing Slip inside the package, indicating whether you seek a refund or a replacement for the item. If you have misplaced the original Packing Slip, kindly include a note with your Order # and the reason for return.
  4. Return Shipping: For all other returns, you will be responsible for shipping the package back to an address provided by our customer service team via email.
  5. Refund Issuance: Refunds are issued once the returned item is received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be given for UNOPENED AND SEALED product only.
  6. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the items, and will be credited directly to the original payment method used for the purchase.

*Note: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to fully process after initiation. Refunds are usually credited back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is inactive, contact our customer support for assistance. Purchases made with prepaid cards are eligible for refund as store credit only.
